Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the olevrix.com website (the "Site") and the services provided by Olevrix LLC ("Olevrix," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or subscribing to the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Olevrix provides a done-for-you speed-to-lead service for businesses (the "Services"), which may include missed-call text-back, automated SMS lead intake, website-form lead response, hand-off of lead details to the customer's team, lead digests and activity reports, and, on certain plans, review requests and other features as they become available. Plan contents are described on our Pricing page. Features marked "when released" or "coming soon" are not yet available.

2. Business customers

The Services are offered to businesses, not consumers. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate onboarding information, including business details, call-forwarding settings and lead recipients.
  • Ensure your use of the Services, including text messaging to your callers and leads, complies with applicable laws and carrier rules, such as those on consent, messaging and telemarketing. [Legal review required.]
  • Follow up with leads delivered to you. Olevrix delivers lead information; your business is responsible for responding to, quoting and performing the work.
  • Keep your account and lead-recipient contacts up to date.

4. Not an emergency service

The Services are not an emergency or safety service. Automated messages cannot assess danger. Callers facing a life-threatening situation, gas leak, fire or similar emergency should contact 911 or the appropriate utility immediately.

5. Automated responses and AI

The Services use automated systems, including AI, to send messages and organize lead details. Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. We work to configure the Services carefully, but we do not guarantee that every message, summary or classification will be correct.

6. Fees and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe: Core $397/month and Pro $697/month.
  • A one-time setup fee of $497 applies unless waived under a published offer.

7. Term and cancellation

Service is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. [Insert cancellation procedure, effective date and treatment of any partial months after legal review.]

8. First-month guarantee

If Olevrix does not recover at least 3 missed-call conversations during your first 30 days of service, your second month of service is free. Recovered conversations are measured from Olevrix's system logs. This guarantee applies to new customers' first 30 days only. It is not a guarantee of revenue, bookings or any other business outcome. 9. No guarantee of results

Except for the guarantee in Section 8, Olevrix does not promise any particular number of leads, bookings, revenue or other results. Any estimates on the Site, including the ROI calculator, are illustrations only.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, impersonate others, send harmful or deceptive content, or interfere with the Services or any carrier network. We may suspend the Services to prevent harm or comply with carrier or legal requirements.

11. Text messaging program terms

People who contact a business using Olevrix may receive text messages related to their inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.

12. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party providers such as telephony, SMS, AI and hosting providers. Their availability may affect the Services, and we are not responsible for outages outside our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual property

Olevrix owns the Site, the Services and related software and materials. You keep ownership of your business data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the Services.
